SC: 2015 Arbitration Amendment Not Applicable If Arbitration Notice was Issued Prior to Amendment - 11.05.2023

Supreme Court has held that in cases where notice invoking arbitration is issued prior to 2015 Amendment Act and application under Section 11 for appointment of an arbitrator is made post Amendment Act, 2015, provisions of pre-Amendment Act, 2015 shall be applicable and not post amendment.
