Del. HC Stays Proceedings in Defamation Case Filed by Manish Sisodia Against MP Manoj Tiwari - 10.05.2023

Delhi High Court has stayed trial court proceedings against Manoj Tiwari in Defamation case filed by Manish Sisodia in 2019 for making defamatory statements against him with respect to corruption of around Rs. 2,000 Crores in building classrooms in Delhi Government schools.
