SC Stays CCI’s Notice of 200 Crore Penalty Imposed on Amazon in Future Coupons Case - 10.05.2023

Supreme Court has stayed notice of 200 Crores penalty imposed by Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Amazon in future coupons case and observed that taking note of totality of circumstances of the case it is appropriate that no coercive steps shall be taken in relation to the notice.
