Meg. HC to State: Indicate Actions Taken Against Illegal Coal Mine Operations - 10.05.2023

Meghalaya High Court while observing that kingpins of illegal coal mining in state had been nurtured and protected by the State, has directed State to indicate the persons behind illegal coke plants that had been set up and steps taken in to bring them to book.
