SC: Can’t Freeze Company’s Bank Account for Investigation Against Unrelated Party - 10.05.2023

Supreme Court while setting aside a freezing order imposed on a Foreign Institutional Investor company, has held that when appellant company is in no way connected to the criminal investigation against accused’s company, the operation of freeze order against such company is not legally tenable.
