SC: Limitation Period for Filing Appeal to NCLAT Doesn’t Include Date of Order/Pronouncement/Time - 10.05.2023

Supreme Court has held that the date of pronouncement of order and time taken by tribunal to provide certified copy of order must be excluded while computing limitation for filing appeal against such order.
