Del. HC: Both, a Sensitive Heart and an Alert Mind Required by Judges in Child Sexual Assault Cases - 09.05.2023

Delhi High Court has observed that it is duty of every Court to have a sensitive heart and an alert mind while recording and conducting trial in sexual assault cases so that no further trauma or humiliation and internal agony is caused to child.
