Orissa HC: Before Comparing Handwriting Specimen, Document Must be Admitted by All Parties - 09.05.2023

Orissa High Court has held that phrase ‘admitted or proved to the satisfaction of the court’ in Section 73 of Evidence Act provides that document taken for comparison of writing/signature must be undisputed and all parties to dispute must admit specimen signature/writing in base document.
