SC: 40% of Litigation by Union and State Governments are Unnecessary - 09.05.2023

Supreme Court while expressing displeasure over State’s practice of filing ‘frivolous’ and ‘unnecessary’ appeals, has orally remarked that Forty per cent of litigation by the union and the state governments are unnecessary.
