Guj. HC: State Authorities Need to Introspect Their Casual Attitude in Passing Detention Order - 08.05.2023

Gujarat High Court while observing that State Authorities are passing orders in a casual manner, has stated that State Authorities should introspect about their actions as many orders passed do not stand the test of settled legal proposition of law.
