Ker HC: State Disability Commissioner Can’t Adjudicate Upon Service Matters - 08.05.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that State Disability Commissioner has power only to advise and make recommendations to appropriate authorities, has held that it can’t make adjudication on service matter or direct appointment of person to civil services.
