SC Upholds Madras HC’s Order Quashing State’s Decision of Constituting Anti-Land Grabbing Cell - 08.05.2023

Supreme Court has upheld Madras High Court’s decision of quashing Tamil Nadu government’s 2011 order wherein it had constituted Land Grabbing Special Cells without defining land grabbing cases.
