Mad. HC to SBC: Take Actions Against Lawyers Issuing Fake Marriage Certificate - 08.05.2023

Madras High Court has asked State Bar Council (SBC) to initiate disciplinary action against the lawyers who are conducting marriages ceremonies all over Tamil Nadu by issuing fake certificates, after providing opportunity to them within a period of 3 months.
