SC: Need to Fine Tune Modalities for Timely Premature Release of Prisoners in UP - 05.05.2023

Supreme Court in a matter concerning remission of convicts in Uttar Pradesh has directed meeting between NALSA, Counsels, DGP and Principal Secretary to fine tune the modalities to be prescribed for ensuring the timely consideration for cases of premature release.
