All. HC: Existence of Physical Relation Presumable if Minor Victim and Accused Solemnized Marriage - 04.05.2023

Allahabad High Court has held that unless a minor victim denies explicitly the existence of physical relation, it would be presumed that victim and accused who lived as husband-wife, had a physical relationship.
