SC Refuses to Commute Death Sentence of Balwant Singh Rajoana - 03.05.2023

Supreme Court has declined to commute the death penalty of BKI terrorist Balwant Singh Rajoana to life imprisonment on the ground of long pendency of the mercy petition before the President of India.
