SC Upholds Rejection of S. 8 Application as Reliefs Claimed Fell Outside the Arbitration Clause - 03.05.2023

SC while upholding the rejection of an application filed under Section 8 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 observed that the cause of action of the suit went beyond the transaction containing arbitration agreement and reliefs claimed fell outside the same.
