Ker. HC: Railway Stops Can’t be Provided on Personal Demands - 02.05.2023

Kerala High Court while dismissing plea seeking direction for permitting a stop for 'Vande Bharat Train Service' at Tirur Railway Station, has held that stops for a train is a matter that has to be determined by Railways, and no person has vested right to demand a stop at a particular station.
