Raj HC: Very Thin Line B/W Disposal Without Delay and Over-Zealousness in Dispensation of Justice - 02.05.2023

Rajasthan High Court while setting aside POCSO case on ground that undue haste was shown by trail judge, has held that it is very easy to crossover the thin line between disposal of trial without unnecessary delay as per the mandate of law and over-zealousness in dispensation of justice.
