Ghazipur MP/MLA Court Convicts BSP MP Afzal Ansari in a Gangster Act Case - 01.05.2023

Ghazipur MP/MLA Court has convicted BSP MP Afzal Ansari to 4 years in prison along with Rs. 1 Lakh fine, in a Gangster Act Case. He now stands disqualified to be member of Lok Sabha by virtue of Article 102 of Constitution r/w section 8 (3) of Representation of People Act 1951.
