Madras HC: Why Only Games Like ‘Rummy’ Being Banned in the Name of Social Evil - 28.04.2023

Madras High Court while hearing challenge to Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Online Gambling and Regulation of Online Games Act 2022, has questioned as to why only games like Rummy were being banned in name of social evil when other social evils like drinking and lottery also exist.
