P&H HC in Bail Plea: Accused Damaged Religious Feelings of Public at Large - 28.04.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court while rejecting bail plea of Naga Baba Dalip Giri in a rape case, observed that accused miserably misused his position and damaged religious feelings of public at large and distorted faith posed by public at large in religious Gurus.
