Tel. HC Sets Aside Magistrate's Decision to Try Juvenile as Adult in Hyderabad Gang Rape Case - 28.04.2023

Telangana High Court while observing that entire assessment of accused to determine if he is mentally and physically fit to be prosecuted as an adult was completed in one day, has set aside the magistrate’s order to try juvenile accused as adult in Hills gang rape case.
