Cal HC Transfers Probe Pertaining to Ram Navami Violence to NIA - 27.04.2023

Calcutta High Court while observing that no useful purpose would be served by directing State Police to register cases for incidents of violence that occurred in last month during Ram Navami celebrations, under Explosive Substances Act, has transferred probe to National Investigation Agency (NIA).
