Cal HC: Order Extending Detention U/S 36A NDPS Act Can’t be Challenged Once Chargesheet is Filed - 27.04.2023

Calcutta High Court while observing that upon conclusion of investigation and submission of chargesheet, order extending detention under Section 36A of NDPS Act, no longer survives, has held that the said order cannot be challenged when it is no longer in existence.
