SC: Allopathy Doctors and Doctors of Indigenous Medicine Can’t be Said to be Performing Equal Work - 27.04.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Court can’t assess relative merits of two systems of medical sciences, has held that in today’s time practitioners of indigenous systems of medicine can’t be said to be performing equal work as compared to Allopathy doctors and therefore not entitled to equal pay.
