Kar. HC Evolves Triple Test to Consider Application Under Surrogacy Act of a Man Aged Above 55 Yrs. - 26.04.2023

Karnataka High Court while directing State Surrogacy Board to consider application of a man above 55 years of age, for grant of an eligibility certificate to become parents by way of surrogacy, has evolved triple test to decide the application – Genetic, Physical and Economic Test.
