SC to HCs: Ensure Digitization of District Court Records for Smooth Functioning of Judicial Process - 26.04.2023

Supreme Court while observing that the technology in the present time become increasingly enmeshed with systems of dispute resolution and adjudication, has issued directions to all the High Courts for ensuring digitalization of lower court records.
