NCDRC to Porsche: Pay 10 Lakh Compensation to Customer for Misrepresenting Car’s Manufacturing Year - 26.04.2023

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) while observing that act of Porsche in selling car by misrepresenting manufacturing year mounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, directed Porsche to pay compensation of Rs. 10 Lakh to customer.
