SC: Mere Unnatural Death of Wife Within 7 Years of Marriage Not Sufficient to Prove Dowry Death - 25.04.2023

Supreme Court has held that mere death of the deceased wife being unnatural in the matrimonial home within seven years of marriage will not be sufficient to convict the husband for dowry death under Section 304B and 498A of IPC.
