SC: Court Always Believes in Forgiveness - 25.04.2023

Supreme Court while closing contempt proceedings against Lalit Modi after he tenders an unconditional apology, has observed that Court always believes in forgiveness more particularly when apology is tendered unconditional and from the bottom of the heart.
