Kar. HC Rejects Xiaomi India’s Plea Challenging Seizure Of ?5551.27 Crore by ED - 24.04.2023

Karnataka High Court while upholding the constitutional validity of Section 37A FEMA Act stating that it does not suffer from any manifest arbitrariness, has rejected petition by Xiaomi India challenging order confirming seizure of Rs.5,551.27 crores of the company by Enforcement Directorate (ED).
