Delhi HC: Police Must have ‘Runaway Couple Cell’ - 21.04.2023

Delhi High Court while hearing petitions filed by intercaste couple who married against consent of girl’s family, has observed that Delhi Police should have a runaway couple cell which deals with runaway couples in compliance of Ashok Kumar Todi v. Kishwar Jahan (MANU/SC/0162/2011
