Mad HC: Inspection of Rehabilitation Centres Necessary to Safeguard Public Interest - 21.04.2023

Madras High Court while observing that rehabilitation/de-addiction centres can’t be run by any individuals without obtaining a proper permission and license from authorities, has held that periodical inspection of such institutions are essential in order to safeguard the public interest.
