HP HC: Qualifying Service Starts from Day Employee Takes Charge of First Post - 21.04.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that in case of regular government employee, the period of qualifying service starts from the day the takes charge of their first post, in terms of the Rule 13 of the Civil Service and Pension Rules 1972.
