Patna HC: Bihar IIPP Encourages Manufacturing Industries But Doesn’t Bar Other Industries - 21.04.2023

Patna High Court has observed that Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy of 2016 mentions of encouraging the manufacturing industries, however if investments in a particular field are being allowed, it doesn’t mean that other industries are barred from being established.
