SC Grants Bail to Two Alleged Accused in a UAPA Case After 4.5 Years in Custody - 19.04.2023

Supreme Court while granting bail to two alleged persons in the 2018 murder case of two leaders of Telugu Desam Party, has observed that materials placed don’t show reasonable grounds for believing that accusations against accused for offence under UAPA are prime facie true.
