Industrial Tribunal of Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Courts while observing that sexual harassment of women is an expression of unhealthy human relationship, has issued POSH guidelines to prevent incidents of sexual harassment at Indian Institution of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
