SC: ITATs Insisting on Filing Appeals in Physical Mode Would Defeat Purpose of E-Filing - 18.04.2023

Supreme Court while observing that it would defeat the purpose of e-filing if in addition to e-filing, the ITATs insist on filing of appeals in the physical mode, has stated that the rules required to be amended should be amended to incorporate e-filing requirements.
