JKL HC: Can’t Pressurize Party Seeking Remedy Against Unfavorable Order by Initiating Contempt - 17.04.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that right to avail appropriate remedy under law can’t be construed as obstruction in course of justice has held that party can’t be pressurized for seeking remedy against unfavorable order by initiating contempt action.
