Kar. HC Permits Unrecognized Political Party to Use Private Vehicle/Loudspeaker for Campaigning - 17.04.2023

Karnataka High Court while observing that Model Code of Conduct does not indicate any distinction that could be made by the authorities before the nominations of the persons contesting elections, has permitted unrecognised political party to use private vehicle/loudspeaker for election campaigning.
