P&H HC: RFCTLARR Act Applicable if Compensation Deposited Before Dec 31 2014 Not Paid to Majority - 17.04.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that provisions of RFCTLARR Act, 2013 would apply to cases of land acquisition under National Highways Act 1956, where agencies deposited compensation prior to December 31, 2014 with Competent Authority but same was not paid to majority of land holders.
