SC to Courts’ & HCs’: Number Paragraphs in Orders and Judgments - 17.04.2023

Supreme Court while observing reasoning in SBI v. Ajay Kumar Sood, (MANU/SC/1040/2022
) that paragraph numbers in judgments are useful for ease of reference and improving readability & accessibility of judgment, has suggested all Courts and Tribunals to number paragraphs in all orders and judgments.
