Delhi HC Upholds Notifications Levying GST on Services Booked Through Apps Like Uber, Ola - 13.04.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that notification issued by Centre levying GST on auto rickshaw and bus services booked through e-commerce platforms like Ola and Uber, do not create an unreasonable classification on the basis of the mode of booking, has upheld the said notification.
