Ker. HC: Family Court Must Fix Time Frame for Disposing Application for Time Bound Adjudication - 12.04.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that Family Courts can’t dispose application for time bound adjudication by stating ‘will be disposed of at the earliest, has held that Family Court has to pass an order in that interlocutory application specifying the time limit in that order.
