Delhi HC to ECI: Decide AIADMK’s Representation for Updation of Its Amended By-Laws Within 10 Days - 12.04.2023

Delhi High Court has directed Election Commission of India (ECI) to decide the representation of AIADMK for updation of its amended by-laws with the records of the constitutional body, within 10 days.
