Bom. HC: Parents Don’t Hold Absolute Rights Over Destiny of Their Children - 12.04.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that children cannot be treated as property of parents, and don’t have absolute rights over the destiny and life of their children, has held that in matrimonial dispute if parent stop seeing reasons, courts must exercise the parent patriae jurisdiction.
