Delhi HC: Profession of Law Not Confined to Acting or Pleading Before a Court of Law - 11.04.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that has held that pursuing LL.M in law doesn’t constitute a break in practice, has held that profession of law also include drafting of submissions, representation before courts/authorities, assistance in regulatory compliance, amongst others.
