Delhi HC Upholds Validity of Notifications Banning Manufacture & Sale of Chewing Tobacco Products - 11.04.2023

Delhi High Court while upholding notification of State banning manufacture & sale of chewing tobacco products and observed that though scheduled products falling under COTPA are regulated by separate provisions, Act can’t be considered as all-encompassing legislation on the subject.
