SC: Duty of Every Genuine Advocates to Ensure That the CoP and Degree are Duly Verified - 11.04.2023

Supreme Court while constituting a High-Powered Committee to oversee process of verification of degree certificates of advocates, has observed that it is duty of every genuine advocate to ensure that certificates of practice and degree certificate are duly verified.
